How
will I be billed?
Peezy is a prepaid service. You will pay in advance so you will
not receive a bill. However, Peezy does offer you the ability
to automatically recharge your account using the Eezy Charge
feature.
How
can I recharge my account?
There are 2 simple ways - Manual Recharge or Eezy Charge (Automatic
Recharge). Using the Eezy Charge feature, you can automatically
recharge your account. You just need to set the amount that
should be charged when your account falls below a certain value.
With Manual Recharge, simply select teh desired amount and click
- it's that eezy! Just click on the RECHARGE button when you
log into the members area.
Are
there any hidden fees with Peezy?
No, there are no hidden charges or fees whatsoever with with
PEEZY.
My
credit card is not getting accepted, what is wrong?
Peezy takes security very seriously; as such your credit card
transaction will be rejected if information provided does not
match that in your billing statement. Also, your bank may decide
to decline a transaction if they have reason to be suspicious.

Do
you bill in 3 minutes increments like the most phone cards
companies?
Absolutely not! We bill you in one minute increments. Your minutes
are your actual minutes.
How
can I check the rates? Do rates vary based on the time of
the day?
Our rates are posted on our website and are consistent no matter
what time of the day you decide to call. The rates displayed
on the website are always what you pay.
Can
I manually recharge my account?
Yes. Simply click on the Recharge TAB.
Can
I add another credit card?
Yes. Simply click on the Recharge TAB and click on the link
for "Add New Card".
Are
there any charges for making calls to a cell phone?
Rates may be higher for making calls to a cell phone in some countries. Please click on the Rates tab to see the extra cell phone charge rates. |
