Peezy Plans is the newest product feature
from Peezy! We now offer Regional Peezy Plans,
which provide our customers with EVEN LOWER
rates to your favorite calling destinations
for a small nonrefundable, monthly fee.
- What are the different Peezy Plans?
• Peezy Continental – The
Peezy Continental Plan is your basic Peezy
Calling Plan. This
plan has no fees associated with it, and
you still get LOW rates to your favorite
calling destinations.
• Regional Peezy Plans - Each Regional Peezy
Plan allows you to call your favorite destinations
(Africa, Caribbean, Asia and Europe) with
Peezy’s LOWEST international calling rates
for a small monthly, nonrefundable fee.
Customers who are interested must select
their desired Regional Peezy Plan when they
login.

- How does Peezy Plans work?
Each Peezy Plan has its own unique rates table.
When you choose any Peezy Plan, your calling
rates will reflect the calling rates associated
with the chosen Peezy Plan.
- Is there an additional fee associated with Peezy Plans?
The Peezy Continental Plan has no fees associated
with it. The Regional Peezy Plans each
have a small monthly nonrefundable
fee. Click

- What are the benefits of Peezy Plans?

With all Peezy Plans, you are ensured that
your international calling rates are kept
at a low, competitive price.
2. You also have the power to choose which
Peezy Plan best suits your international calling
needs.
- How do I sign up for a Regional Peezy Plan?
1. Login to your Peezy Account.
2. Click on the Peezy Plans link in the My
Peezy members’ area.
3. Select the desired Regional Peezy Plan.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Click on the Save button.
6. Click OK on the two Monthly Fee notification
boxes.
7. Voila! You can start calling the countries
in that Region at lower calling rates.
- How do I know that my calling rates have reduced when I choose a Regional Peezy Plan?
You can keep track of your calls and rates
via your Call History tab when you login to
your Peezy account.
- Must I select a Regional Peezy Plan?
No, it is not mandatory to choose a Regional
Peezy Plan.
However, you could be missing out on lower
calling rates to your favorite countries.
- Can I choose more than one (1) Peezy Plan at a time?
No. You can only have one (1) Peezy Plan at
any given time.
- How can I switch back to Peezy Continental from a Regional Peezy Plan?
1. Login to your Peezy Account.
2. Click on the Peezy Plans link in the My
Peezy members’ area.
3. Select the Peezy Continental Plan.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Click on the Save button.
- How do I pay the monthly fee for my chosen Peezy Regional Plan?
The fees for the Peezy Regional Plans are
automatically deducted from your Peezy account
balance once a month.
- What if I don’t have enough funds in my Peezy account balance to pay the monthly fee?
You are charged once a month for access to
any Regional Peezy Plan.
If your Peezy account balance falls below
the monthly fee associated
with your chosen Regional Peezy Plan, you
will be automatically switched
to the basic Peezy Continental Plan.
To reinstate your chosen Regional Peezy Plan,
simply RECHARGE your
account and reselect your Regional Peezy Plan.
- I have 2 favorite countries in 2 different regions. Can I switch back and forth between Regional Peezy Plans?
No. Each time you select a new Regional Peezy
Plan, you will be charged the monthly nonrefundable
fee.
- Do I have to dial a different access number when I choose a new Peezy Plan?
No. The Access Numbers remain the same, regardless
of Peezy Plan.
