PEEZY POINTS:
- What
is the Peezy Points Reward Program?
Peezy Points is our customer rewards program
where we reward loyal Peezy customers whenever
you recharge your account, purchase gift certificates
or refer your friends!
You can redeem your Peezy Points for Peezy
Gift Certificates and other great items that
will be added soon.
The more you use Peezy, the more you are rewarded!

- How
does the Program work?
Peezy Points will be awarded by for recharges,
gift certificate purchases, and referrals.
When actions that earn points are completed,
pending points will be added to your account
and will remain pending until the system revalidates
the Points – this normally takes 1 hour.
Once revalidated, the Peezy Points will be
awarded to the account and be available for
redemption.
- Is
there an additional fee associated with Peezy Points?
There are no fees associated with Peezy Points.
It is a rewards program for all Peezy customers
to earn free credit! The more you use Peezy,
the more you earn!
- What
are the benefits of Peezy Points?
Peezy Points is our gift to you, our loyal
customers. With each transaction you make,
you accumulate Peezy Points which can be redeemed
for free Peezy certificates!

Manual referrals are ineligible for

PARTICIPATE IN PEEZY PROMOTIONS
Peezy Promotions vary. Please update your
member profile to ensure that you are eligible
to participate in as many Peezy Promotions
as possible.
All Peezy Promotions are announced on the
website and via email, please check back periodically
to participate.
- How
can I redeem my Peezy Points?
Under the My Peezy tab, click on the My Peezy
Points – Rewards Program link. Go to the Redeem
Points tab, and click on the desired number
of points you want to redeem.
Click on the Redeem Now button that appears
below the table. A pop-up will appear asking
for whom you want the gift certificate to
go (yourself or a friend) and to confirm the
number of points you want to redeem in the
drop-down menu.
Another pop-up appears confirming your points
redemption and the available Peezy Points
balance.
- Must
I redeem my points at the minimum 200 points, or can I wait to
accumulate more?
You can wait to accumulate more Peezy Points
before you redeem them.
- Must
I wait a certain period of time before I may redeem points?
No, you do not have to wait before you redeem
your Peezy Points. You may redeem them as
soon as they appear on your account.
MANAGING MY PEEZY POINTS
- Can
my Peezy Points expire?
Yes. At the end of each calendar year on December
31st at 11:59 PM EST, all Peezy Points above
100 will expire.
The remaining 100 Peezy Points will carry
over into the new year on January 1st at 12:00
AM EST. This means that if you have 360 Peezy
Points on December 30th, 2008 and do not redeem
them by December 31st, you will lose 260 points
by January 1st.
- How
do I prevent my Peezy Points from expiring?
Redeem your Peezy Points by December 31st.
- How
do I keep track of my Peezy Points?
Under the My Peezy tab, click on the My Peezy
Points – Rewards Program link. Your available
Peezy Points balance will be displayed under
the Points Summary tab.
- How
long will it take for the points to appear on my account?
It can take from thirty minutes to one hour
for Peezy Points to appear on an account.
- Can
I transfer my Peezy points to another customer?
No, you cannot transfer Peezy points to another
customer. You can use your Points to send
a Gift Certificate to a friend, by redeeming
your Peezy points and selecting the “For my
Friend” button.
- Can
I use my points to send free credit to another customer?
Yes. When you go through the Peezy Points
redemption process, a pop-up will appear after
you select the number of Peezy Points you
want to redeem.
You may select the “For my Friend” button,
and fill in the required information. The
corresponding gift certificate will be awarded
to that customer.
PEEZY POINTS MEMBERSHIP
TIERS
- What
are the different membership tiers?
There are three membership tiers in the Peezy
Points program – Peezy Basic, Peezy Premium,
and Peezy Platinum.
- How
can I upgrade my account to a higher tier?
In order to upgrade to a higher tier, a Peezy
customer must accumulate the required number
of Activity Points needed to move on.
At the beginning of every calendar year, every Peezy customer starts off as a Peezy
Basic member. The Peezy Premium tier is activated
when a Peezy customer has accrued 3,000 or more Activity
Points within a calendar year.
The Peezy Platinum tier is activated after
a Peezy customer has 10,000 or more Activity Points
within a calendar year.
- What
additional benefits will I get in each membership tier?
With an upgrade, a Peezy customer will receive
extra points for all actions taken. Please
refer to the Peezy Points tables below.

is the difference between Activity and Advantage Points?
Activity Points refer to points received by
recharges or gift certificate purchases.
Activity points count towards upgrading to
a higher membership tier. Advantage Points
are points received by referring friends or
participation in Peezy promotions.
Advantage points do not count towards tier
upgrades. All Activity and Advantage points
are Peezy Points and can be redeemed for Peezy
certificates.
PEEZY POINTS RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
- How
do I qualify to get Peezy Points?
All you have to do to qualify for Peezy Points
is be a loyal Peezy customer. A loyal Peezy
customer regularly recharges their account,
refers friends, and purchases gift certificates.
- Do
I automatically get Peezy Points as a Peezy customer, or must
I enroll separately?
You do not have to enroll separately to get
Peezy Points.
As a loyal Peezy customer, you automatically
get Peezy Points when you perform certain
actions (recharges, gift certificate purchases,
refer-a-friend, and participate in Peezy promotions).
