How can I make a call?
Dial 1-866-MY-PEEZY or 1-973-842-2700, enter your card number and PIN - start calling.

What is my card (account) number?
Your card (account) number is the phone number you supplied during sign-up.

I forgot my password, how do I access my account?
Simply use the "Forgot your PIN" link at the bottom of the login box. Enter your account number and email address; you will get an email with your PIN.

Can I cancel my account?
We hope that you don't ever have to consider canceling your account with us; we do provide refunds under under certain conditions. If you are inconvenienced in anyway, you may contact our customer service department at support@peezy.com or by calling 1-877-286-2646 and we will be more than happy to help you.

How do I add "minutes" to my account?
You can easily recharge your account and never have to worry about it again by using Peezy's auto-recharge feature - Eezy charge. Alternatively, you can use our simple Manual Recharge feature and recharge your account at the click of a button. To use either option, just click on the RECHARGE button when you log into the members area.

Where can I see my account balance?
Your current balance will always be displayed on the website when you log on to your account. You will also be prompted of your current account balance when you make a call.

How will I know how many minutes I have left on my account?
The amount of minutes you have left on your account depends on the destination you are calling. When making a call, the voice prompt will tell you how many minutes you have for the call.

How will I know when my balance is low?
You can check your balance online anytime. However, if you have only 1 minute left on your account DURING a call, you will hear a "beep" tone. If you have insufficient credit to make a call, you will not be able to dial the number.
