Why do I get the "Account is in use" error message? If you get this message, your phone number is already registered. Have you forgotten your PIN? Check your email and make sure you do not already have a secure sign up link sent out. If none of these work, please contact Customer Support by clicking here.
I have forgotten my Account Number, how can I retrieve it? Your account number is the phone number you opened your account with. If you cannot remember this then for your security, you will have to contact Customer Service. Please have handy the credit card you used to sign in.
I forgot my password, how do I access my account? Simply use the "Forgot your PIN" link at the bottom of the login box. Enter your account number and email address; you will get an email with your PIN.
Why is there a long delay before my call is connected? Routing international calls can sometimes be a challenge. When one route fails, Peezy automatically changes your calls route to a "back-up" provider. The delay is typically associated with that switch over. However, you are not being billed for that delay; to confirm just look at your call history.
Why do I hear fast busy signals as soon as I place a call? This means that we are having problems connecting to your country due to congestion at the destination. Remember you can easily redial the last number by dialing "##" (to make another call) and then "0#".
I signed up but I did not receive an email notification. What do I do? If you are an AOL account holder, you may not receive emails from us quickly due to AOL's filter.
