SECURITY AT PEEZY

We understand the risks and fears associated with transacting business online and how important security is to you. Identity theft and credit card fraud are real problems, but they are also preventable. At Peezy keeping credit card and personal information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities and we have invested heavily to ensure that our systems do just that - protect you and us. This is what we have done to ensure it remains this way:

1. We own our infrastructure and have designed and built this from the ground up with security in mind. Our servers are located in a secure, limited access facility. We also have strict security and privacy policies and controls that restrict access to your sensitive data.

2. We DO NOT HOLD your credit card information. We have partnered with Verisign, one of the worlds largest processors of secure transactions. Through this partnership, your credit card information is in even safer hands. All auto-recharges are conducted via secure tokens and reference transactions.

3. All credit card and member-area communications to and from our website is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level available). Please click on the Verisign seal to confirm this.

Information verification

Our verification processes are designed to maintain the integrity of our system and to ensure the safety and security of your account. As a result of this, we may ask you to verify email addresses and/or phone numbers. You may also be faced with some extra verification steps that may seem burdensome. Please bear with us as it is necessary to ensure you have a safe and secure online experience. Aside from this please note that Peezy will send you an email each time:

1. We charge your credit/debit card. This information will also be available online in your Billing History.

2. Your credit/debit card is declined. This information will not show up online.

3. You change your auto-recharge options.

4. You request for your PIN using "Forgot my PIN".

5.You change your PIN.

Peezy will NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PIN code.

Should you have any further questions or comments, please send them to security@peezy.com.

Thank you!
