Information verification

Our verification processes are designed to maintain the integrity of our system and to ensure the safety and security of our customers. 2. Your credit/debit card is declined. This information will not show up online.

3. You change your auto-recharge options.

4. You request for your PIN by using "Forgot my PIN".

5. You change your PIN.
